Cigar Wrapper Colors

Why should you care about a cigars' color? Because that tells you what it will most likely taste like! Why should this be included in hospitality training coursework? Because in some parts of the world this now uncommon, (but used to be very common), type of service was offered in bars and restaurants. A bartender or server would help a guest select a cigar and know its flavors.
